CLASSES

From HIIT to Zumba, Strength Training to Yoga - our small group classes are designed to give you the benefits of hands-on instruction with the energy of working out with others. 

MODIFIED SCHEDULE

We are operating with a limited class schedule in September as we ramp up after opening. Classes start Sept 9. More classes will be added soon!

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

All of our classes are 50 minutes long and can be taken by members and non-members alike. With 8-12 people per class, expect to get a great workout with some hands on coaching from our instructors.

NICK VARGAS

DISTRICT's co-founder and a third generation Carroll Gardens native, Nick has trained thousands of people at all fitness levels - from new moms looking to get back into working out, to bodybuilders training for their next competition.

For over 20 years Jazmin has been inspiring through personal training, healthy cooking and nutrition. Her purpose is to create a healthy and vibrant community ready to be transformed into the best versions of themselves.

Carolyn is a certified trainer and health coach with expertise in pre/postnatal fitness. She's been helping clients find fun and empowerment through exercise for 10+ years, through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.

With over 5 years of experience, Kely has a passion for opening peoples' eyes to the power, strength and will that they possess within themselves to achieve the things he knows that they can do.

ANDRES RIGGI

Andres' passion for fitness began in his hometown in Columbia. He specializes in Functional Training, Suspension Workouts and Muscle Gain. Andres is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more energized, and more confident.

Lady comes with a wealth of knowledge from her years involved in the sports of Olympic Weightlifting and Muay Thai. She has been an active competitive athlete in Oly and as a weightlifting coach leading athletes to competitions.

Nissa is a passionate, certified trainer who thrives on encouraging and celebrating personal growth through movement. As a life-long runner she believes showing up for yourself is the ultimate form of self care.

Alex believes fitness should be a part of everyday life and works with clients to incorporate better movement into their routines. He holds a yoga certification from Shakti Yoga, and certifications in corrective exercise and senior fitness.

Matt is a certified trainer who specializes in strength training, weight loss and functional fitness. He loves to help clients discover that with the right roadmap, tough goals are achievable and lead to independence and empowerment.

Rachael has been a Yoga Instructor for over 20 years and is passionate about teaching. Whether introducing students to the practice or working with seasoned yogis, she is committed to creating lively, uplifting, and dynamic classes.
